Norman Tibbils contributed a “Tip of the Month” to the group on the topic of Cascading Scales. While copies of his accompanying info sheet were being distributed, Norm demonstrated how cascading scales can be used as easy two-measure fills to add interest to song introductions and transitions. His handout showed fills in four different keys using score and tab notation. Look for an on-line copy of Norm’s handout on the RGC Resources link.
